Service
Halloween Photo Gen provides AI-assisted Halloween costume photo generation and related one-time credit packs. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Contact support@halloweenphotogen.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Credits and Payments
Photo packs grant generation credits. Each successful generation consumes credits as shown at checkout. Failed generations that we cannot deliver should restore the consumed credit according to our failure handling. Payments are processed by Stripe or other enabled providers. Refunds are reviewed case by case when delivery fails permanently.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, or access controls.
- Imply that generated looks are official merchandise for any film, game, or brand.
- Use the service to harass others or create non-consensual intimate imagery.
AI Outputs
Outputs are AI-generated and may contain artifacts. Identity preservation is not guaranteed. You are responsible for how you share results.
Intellectual Property
Our site, branding, and original prompts belong to Halloween Photo Gen. You retain rights to your uploaded photos. You grant us a limited license to process uploads solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
